What did you mean with can not access? Join it to the domain, open domain shares or what?What are you trying to open when you get Access Denied?

On my 2000 server, I can not access the domain. I have 2 DC's that
are 2003 and it is saying my acess is denied, I don't have permission.
I have been trying to figure this out for awhile, and I am stuck. The
server looks to be functioning correctly, but I can't log in even with
the domain admin account because of the access. I need help!!! Thank
you.
