Custom Pop-up Message for Network Share

Does anyone know of a way, through Group Policy or anything else to setup a
pop-up message when someone (anyone on the network with permission) accesses
a specific share? I know there is the login/logoff stuff, but I need
something that runs every time a user goes into the share.
