Automatic Updates + Restricted User

I've setup a GPO to 4-Auto download and schedule the install at 10 am
everyday. I've gone to spot check certain PCs and some are not getting
the updates even though the GPO looks like it is being applied.

It seems that if a user isn't listed in Control Panel \ User Accounts
or if they're a Restricted User, then they don't get the updates. I
thought a Restricted User should get the updates? Did I miss something?
