how to retain existing local group members

hello, how can one use the restricted groups GPO such that **existing
members** to the local admin group are **not removed** when i add
global users to the local admin group of member workstations?

i followed http://support.microsoft.com/?id=810076 but **it removed
existing** global users although it did add what i want.
