Re: save w2k group policy setting

Hi

Why don't you create a Group Policy with a higer priority in the Domain/OU ?
If later you want to remove the settings all you have to do is to delete the
policy without messing with the originals.

To restore Default Policies in windows 2000 check:

Thank you for your reply. Sorry, forget to state that I'm on W2k Pro. I
run
c:\winnt\system32\gpedit.msc to access the group policy. Any utility to
save
or load the default and amended gpo?
Thank you again

Hi anyone,

I would like to set a group policy on the user configuration to remove
the
Run menu from Start Menu and others.
Before I do that, I would like to save the default settings to file so
that,
in future, I can load the default settings back.
Please advise me how to do it.

Thank you in advance,
ksteo
