secpol.msc Local Security Settings

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi,

When I open the Local Security Settings ( Windows 2003 Standard configured
as a standalone with Terminal Services )
I no nonger see the Security Settings however I do see the Local Computer
Policy. I tried running secpol.msc from the
command line with the same results. Has anyone experienced this and have a
way to fix it. Thank you.
