did you get this bit of the netdiag test resolved?

[WARNING]: The DNS registration for
'zsjo25ap005.corp.mycompany.com' is correct only on some DNS servers.
Please wait 15 min for replication and run the test

Do all the right records exist in DNS for corp.mydomain.com A,SRV,PTR etc etc
