keep all my start up pgs with a new restricted user

To secure my lan of 5 win2000sp4 pc, I have added on them a new restricted
user, but my startup programs do not start when I log with this new user on 1
pc, and they start on the others.
3 of these pc including the not working one, have been freshly re-installed
last week.
The start up programs are :
- MS antispyware beta 1
- norton antivirus 2003
- zone alarm
- amadeus vista (service)
What can I do, because in the restricted user it is not possible to
re-install softs ?
And why it is working with others pc ?
