Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,

First of all a bit of background. We are moving from Officee 2000 Pro to
Office 2003 Pro. Software installation is through an assigned package in a
GPO. Everything goes great apart from when Outlook 2003 is opened and an erro
appears. I can get remove the error by following instructions from a MS KB
article. This involves removing the following reg key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\SBCM.Addin.1

I was wondering if there is a way to carry this out by using a group policy
setting. The problem seems to be for each user on a machine, not the machine
itself. I tried a script that runs OK as admin but not for a normal user.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Steven.
