Password Policy for domain

Hi,

I have a win 2003 domain with several client computers running win XP on
them. Those clients belong to the domain.

When I try to configure password policy for any of those clients I can't do
that because it is disabled and they have some default values.

I guess that the problem has something to do with the domain group policy.

Can you please advise me on what would be the proper way of configuring
paword policy and how would I do it in my case.

Kind regards,
Steve
.
