Folder redirection problem!!!!

Hi everyone....

I have windows 2003 server with windows XP SP1 clients and I have
folder redirection police for all my clients but this doesn´t work in
a first logon, only when users make logon a second time the
redirection works. I put the wait a network connection police but I
got the same error.

What can I do???
please help me!!!!
