Group Policy Error

Dear all,

i am try to run Domain Control Security policy in my Administrator Tolls
menu. Immediately i got the Error Message

" Group Policy Error. Failed to open the Group Policy object. you man not
have appropriate rights."

" Details : The specified Domain either does not exist or could not
contacted"

how to rectify this problem............ thanks in advance to anyone....
