There is no built in policy setting to do such. You can configure a users account
properties/account/logon to in ADUC to allow logon only to certain computers and you
can configure the logon locally user right to a computer or computers in the
appropriate security policy. Otherwise you will need to use cconnect from the
resource kit to restrict multiple logons which requires a client component and the
use of a SQL server on the network. There are also third party tolls that can do the
