That will change the resolution of the monitor which will degrade the
presentation of all of the programs. That does not resolve the problem. I
want to shrink that specific window only.

When I go to print from OE, (and some other programs) to my HP DJ 9800, a
window comes up with information like select printer, quantity and other chck
off points and the print button at the bottom. The window is vertically
larger than my screen image with the result I can't get to the "Print"
button. There is plenty of empty space in the window but no way that I can
find to shrink it. There is no part screen window button in the upper right
corner. It does not respond to putting the cursor on the edge.
Suggestions?

Right click on your desktop and then select Properties. Then select
the Settings tab. Towards the bottom of that window you will see
"Screen Area". Move the slider to the next larger size and see iffn
that will help.
