error 1202 related to 0x534 cannot be solved..

hi there,
The error 1202 SceCli keeps coming up on the machine. Through the
search of the trouble source, winlogon.log indicates that an account
"Everyone" has neither aco*** name nor security-id. I look for
"Everyone" in gpt*.*, but nothing is found.
During the maintenance of Windows 2000 (MUI in Swedish) workstation, I
created once this extra user name in security permissions in order to
delete one of legacy_driver keys. My slow brain tells me later that
"Alla" must stand for "Everyone" in Swedish. As far as I'm concerned
the key which includes a security name "Everyone" has been removed.
So, where I can look for so as to correct this error?
