I have two versions of a document that are in MS Word 2000. I would like to
see the differences in text between these two documents. They are fairly
large, 20,000 words and 120,000 characters. Using the tools in MS Word I get
an error message saying that the documents are too large.

How can I compare these two documents without breaking them down into
smaller pieces?

For the best chance odf getting a useful answer, post this to one of the
Microsoft office or Word groups.
