Intel INF Update Utility

I need install drivers, INF Update Utility. The latest vers. I find is 6.3.0.1007 12/16/2004

but manufactired referred to v.3.20.1008 from 5/6/2002 Motherboard is old and have no support anymore.

Which version better to install, latest from Intel web site, or manufacturer referred?
