In the last month or so, our doctors have started to complain that
their PPTP sessions are disconnecting even when their is definite
activity over the pipe. Our clinical analyst was at one office and
she noticed that it disconnected after 3 minutes. I can't anywhere
in the RRAS setup where a connection timeout is configured. Has
anybody had this occur to them and, if so, what did you do to fix it?
It's really got me confused as I've never had this problem. I even
set up a different server and the issue occurred on that one, too.

out of interest it's not being disconnected by the disconnect option in
Internet Explorer is it?
