hi,
I have a problem. my computer shows the BSOD and I am trying to reinstall
windows but when I got to the boot menu or menu it tells me to enter a
password I never even had a password! how do I remove this password!

- What exactly did you do to reinstall Windows?
- Please give an exact description of the screen with the password
challenge.
