I have someone who is trying to log into his machine. He puts in his
username/password and it acts like it is accepting the password and
proceeds to start logging him in. After a few second while it is
loading the settings, it then changes to saving your settings and logs
him out. I went in with my account and was able to log into the
machine just fine without any issues. I am curious if anyone else has
come across this kind of issue where only one person was having the
issue at a specific machine with it logging them out during the login
process.

Is it just a single machine or are you logging onto a network on the
same machine?

This is a networked machine on a domain. It is being logged onto the
network. Everyone else is able to log into it without any issues.
The user has a roaming profile that is mapped to another server. I
have already went and reset the roaming profile to a default profile
without any change in the issue. I have seen some fixes where people
make some regedit changes to the machine but haven't attempted those
just because it is only affecting one individual.
