Hello Apollo,
Thank you for using newsgroup!
Based on my research, this issue may occur if you have installed Teaming
Software for the NIC on the RIS server or any other NICs have been
installed on the RIS server.
You can disable this software and deactivate second NIC on RIS Server to
see if it can help.
Thanks & Regards,
Ken Zhao

| I am trying to get my RIS server working. The problems I am having are:
|
| 1. Client obtains the IP address but keeps reporting "PXE-E32: TFTP open
| timeout" how do I get beyond this error?
|
| 2. How do I have DHCP working on my existing server and RIS on my new
| server?
|
| Thanks,
| Apollo
