Need advice on power management

Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
Version: 5.00.2195 Service Pack 4
Internet Explorer: v 6.0.2800.1106
Outlook Express: v 6.00.2800.1106
Single PC with 1 user.

I use my PC most days.
Typically from 9AM to 11PM
I rarely install software now I have everything I need.
Currently my computer is running fine.

I am not concerned about saving on
power bills but wish to preserve the life
of my machine. I have 4 hard drives.

What is the best for me:
1 Turn off the pc every night ?
2 Put it on standby ?
3 Put it into hibernation ?

Any help or advice appreciated.
