If you are looking for space, have you tried deleting the $NTUninstall
directories under \WINNT? These can typically be deleted if you are not
having any problems with the various Windows Updates installed over
time.

You can disable Windows File Protection (what is using dllcache), or
change the cache size. Microsoft has a nice article on it:
