My company is donating some old dell computers that originally had W98 SE
on
them. I upgraded to 2000 pro a few years ago. I want to reload the w2k
pro
on the machine but of course it prompts me for the previous version CD for
validation. I can not get my hands on a w98 disk and it will not accept a
W95 or NT disk. Any suggestions?
I also tried loading the w2k sp2 on it but I am then prompted for the sp1
disk... don't have that one either!
