More importantly, SAFE MODE is the fall back/troubleshooting mode when you
are unable to boot to normal desk top.
I look at not being able to boot to safe mode is like keeping a flat spare
tire in your trunk ---- and knowing that it is flat.
Any chance someone at Microsoft can/would help? I have searched the
knowledge base and just found general articles.
