joining a remote server

I have an office here in CA that holds all teh servers. Mail server, SQL
server, etc...
I have an office in VA. The offie here and the office there both have T-1
to teh Interent.
I am goign to be seting up a new server in teh VA office.
How can I get teh new server to connect to the servers here and be apart of
the network here iin VA?
