Error Message: Windows Could Not Start Because the Following File Is Missing or Corrupt: \Winnt\System32\Config\Systemced

You will have to borrow a Windows 2000 CD or make a set of Startup Diskettes to use the Recovery Console. Or you can mount her disk in another Windows 2000/XP machine to do the repair.
