Generally the local \Administrator , \All Users and \Default User profiles
are all that are found on a new installation and are not to be deleted. New
local accounts are created in Control Panel|Users and Passwords. When you
logon as a new user a new profile is created from an image in \Default User

| Is there a way to change profiles , i.e. is there a "change %userprofile%
| newprofile " command?

| My other question is essentially whether there is a minimum set of
profiles

| P.S. IS there a KB article about this stuff?
