Best to boot the CD-Rom. If not possible your CD-Rom is probably a slip
streamed install. Try replacing the file txtsetup.sif on the first floppy
with the file (same name) found in \i386 directory on your CD-Rom.
(I don't think you can run a fast repair from integrated installation media)
