I would try some of these other sites:

The link below bescribes some similar problems to yours across many
platforms (Windows 2000, Windows Nt 4.0, Windows 2003 Server...etc.).
It also contains a tool which may prove to be useful to you not for
correction (it seems) but for prevention.
