User Login - Access Denied

Hi,

I am having a problem logging onto Win2k as a normal
user. This error message appears:

"Windows cannot copy the file C:\Documents and
Settings\Default User\Local
Settings\History\History.IE5 to location C:\Documents and
Settings\NINEuser.class2000\Local
Settings\History\History.IE5. Access Denied"

Then a second window appears:

"Windows cannot log you on because the profile cannot be loaded."

I am able to logon OK as administrator. I would imagine that win2k is
trying to copy a history from the Default User profile to the NINEuser
profile when a user was trying to logon with that profile? Is that the
case?

I tried adding a new user profile (standard user) when I was logged in
as Administrator. When I logged out and tried to log back in as the
newly created user. I still encountered the "Cannot load profile :
Access Denied" message.

Anyone any ideas? Does Win2k try and pick everything up from the
Default User profile? If so, might this problem therefore be a result
of a problem with the Default User profile? How could this be fixed?

.
