Re: Task scheduler problem

Note this part of the message: "The user has not been granted
the requested logon type at this computer." This means that
the account you use is not authorised to run scheduled jobs.
You must first authorise it! Run gpedit.msc, then follow this
path:
Local Computer Policy / Computer Configuration / Windows Settings /
Security Settings / Local Policy / User Rights / Logon as a batch job.

This is the log of the sheduler ....

"Controllo Aggiornamento Database Commerciale.job" (verifiche.cmd)
16/08/2006 8.00.00 ** ERROR **
The attempt to log on to the account associated with the task failed,
therefore, the task did not run.
The specific error is:
0x80070569: Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested
logon type at this computer.
Verify that the task's Run-as name and password are valid and try again.

Tanks for the help !

There are several reasons why a task may not run. An
incorrect password is only one of them. It is also possible
that the account you use is not authorised to run scheduled
tasks. A good starting point would be to quote the exact
error message you see.
