kb918899 and kb923762

Does any have the HOTFIX which patches KB918899 IE6 crashing problem..
Microsoft seems to want us to pay for support for a problem which their
cumulative update to IE causes.

this page describes a hotfix as available but then directs us to the
paid support page in order to obtain the patch to the patch.

can anyone help.
