error 128

Hi , sorry for my English
I have two pc , in two different place , every with win 2000 pro sp4 all
patches
three days ago , they stopped with error 128 Autority System Services.exe
has caused error and the system restart after 59seconds!!!!
I use mcafee 8.0 and little firewall hardware by Digicom
someone have an idea what is happen?
