Reformat WINDOWS 2000 Professional..

HELLO..
I am planning to reformat and/or reinstall WINDOWS 2000 PROFESSIONAL. When
the PC was bought, it came with the original Win2000 Pro CD. I need precise
information on this matter, since the information I've found so far on the
web, hasn't been as clear as I expected. Any help will be very welcomed.
