Forgot to add - periodically I get a firewall alert that GoogleToolBarNotifier.exe is
trying to "phone home".

I'm concerned - how is it that the new Google toolbar can install
a system service under Windows 2000, GoogleToolBarNotifier.exe?
Why does Windows 2000 allow this? Each time I stop the process,
when I re-start IE, even when logged in as User, it re-starts itself
as a system process.
I mean, WTF? Isn't this bypassing security?
