Can't change ACL's

My win2k system died with a hard disk crash ... I rebuilt it with a new
disk and all is ok. I had a second ntfs volume in the box, a dymanic
one, 2 60g disks as one 120g volume. I was able to bring that second
volume back into the system, but I can't get access to some of the
directories/folders on it, even login as administrator --
Anyone know how to "reset" all the acls on the volume so any id on the
system can get to then?
