Re: Display a document simultaneously with the Logon dialog in Win2000?

You could try telling him what his username and password is and then place a word document in the STARTUP folder of windows, and then it will load when he logs in, then you can always give him instructions on how to remove that along with other info.

Its a thought

Hi,

I've just set up a Win2000 Pro/SP4 computer I'm loaning to my grandson.
I like to display some text reminding him what his UserID and password
are, how to change his password, and how to get rid of this display on
subsequent boot-ups. I logon as Administrator. I've made his UserID a
member of Power Users.

Can this be done?
