Dont think so
Since it would appear the sys is not going to be accessible to others why
not use a simple password, eg combination of his birthday - 070506 - or why
bother with a user password?
Anyone with nunce can overcome it anyway

Hi,
I've just set up a Win2000 Pro/SP4 computer I'm loaning to my grandson.
I like to display some text reminding him what his UserID and password
are, how to change his password, and how to get rid of this display on
subsequent boot-ups. I logon as Administrator. I've made his UserID a
member of Power Users.
Can this be done?
Regards,
Richard
