Since our PCs have been updated to SP4 for W2K by windows update we
have had many reports of problems specifically with regard to Canon
N670U scanners. The scanner will scan up to 93% or 94% and then
freeze.
We have tried every solution possible, including uninstalling and
reinstalling the scanner software, and have not found a single
solution that fixes the problem for everyone Even upgrading the OS to
Win XP does not seem to work.
Canon website troubleshooting does not help
Has anyone else heard of this problem and is there a solution
