HELP PLEASE!!!

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I have a Windows Server 2003 that has been having an big problem.

I have a directory to where the contents are constantly being deleted. I
have tried making the EVERYONE group audit any file deletion, yet when I go
into the event log I don't find anything.

How can I find out who or what is deleting my files???
