I'm not sure if I understand your question, but if it's about setting
up the IIS FTP server, I can't help you with that. However, there are
plenty of other free or cheap, and excellent FTP servers out there. I
like Filezilla Server, available at
<http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/>.
