I want to setup a VPN Server, But we does not have any fixed IP, How can I
do
this?
Someone tell me to use Dynamic DNS service, but my boss want to know if
there are any other method to do the same things

Thanks very much for helping to solve this problem!!!

You'll have to use something like DynDNS. It's free -
what's your bosses problem with it?

You can, of course, do it manually:
- Get your VPN server to send an automatic EMail
once every hour.
- Examine the header of this EMail and extract the
external IP address.
It's a little tedious but it does not rely on DynDNS.
