Power Meter: Explorer.exe - Application Error

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi

My problem is as following:

Power Meter: Explorer.exe - Application Error

The instuction at "0x77fcc37c" referenced memory at "0xfffffff8". The memory
could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program.

This is W2K box with IIS 5.0 + Exchange 2000.

The message started displaying suddenly and it makes a lot of problem with
normal administration of that server.
First time I thought that the case is connected with physical memory but I
checked it twice.
Where from could this message be originated?

Best Regards

D.T.
