I recently had to deal with an "invalid boot.ini" message too, on my
comp
and to solve it, I created a new boot.ini in the C: drive. However,
that "invalid" message still appears! What now?
I tried the recovery console from the CD but I can't find bootcfg
(maybe it's because I'm using an update CD for Win2K Pro?).
