Kerberos Key Distribution Center service

I was updating my Panda virus software and the update crashed. After the
crash I am unable to get my KDC and ISM started.
The KDC give me the "Could not start the Intersite Messaging service on
Local Computer
Error 1352: The security account manager (SAM) or local security authority
(LSA) server was in the wrong state to perform the security operation".
The ISM gives me the "Could not start the Intersite Messaging service on
Local Computer
Error 58: The specified server cannot perform the requested operation".
We have a Office in Dallas (main) and a office in Austin (remote) Servers in
both offices running Win2000 Server w/Exchange 2000. clients in Austin are
unable to get E-mails. There emails goes through the Dallas server.
Any help to get the Kerberos and ISM started would be thankful.
