Most likely they where referring to the SID. If the site runs SYSPREP on
the workstation right before taking a snapshot with ghost, then SID
duplication doesn't happen. The latest version of the deployment tools for
Windows 2000 can be found at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/tools/sysprep/.
