XP sp2 cd Burning question on a 2k network

Hello, All

I have a interesting questions that I could not google a answer for.

I have 2k network and I had to reset my domain policy as well as local
security
my group policies under AD were not changed.

But a funny thing happend non of my xp sp2 machines can burn using drag and
drop under windows explorere. When they try and burn the files waiting the
message is no blank cd in drive.

The only support for googling I could find is to change a few settings under
local and domain policy

Allow removal of NTFS drive - set to Admin and domain users
Allow CD-rom to local login only - set to admin and interactive users
Allow logon local to computer - set to admin and domain users

I have changed these and nothing seems to work.

Please let me know what setting I change within 2k security policy that will
allow burning by drag and drop.. Keep in mind that my 3rd party software for
burning does work roxio and nero and xp burning did work before I had to
reset my security and domain policies. but my novice users rely on xp burning.

Thank you for any help you can provide

Michael
