3 letter department abbreviation followed by the date put in service.
i.e. HRD50605 = the computer is in the Human resources department and put
into service on the 5th of June 2005.
I would suggest if the computer was ever moved to another department just
rename the HRD part of the name and you will still be able to get an idea of
how old the computer is by the put in service date.
