Change My documents directory

Hi group,

In my company, we have a Windows 2000 Server with AD, and another with
exchange server.
Anywhere users login, they have mapped their Z directory to a folder on the
storage server with their login names.
Me question is, how can i change the pass of "My documents" to a folder on
this Z directory?
